Our operating hours are from 7.30 am to 7:00 pm during winter and 7.30 am to 8:00 pm during the summer months. We are open every day except for Christmas Day, but we can arrange a rental collection for you even then. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected].
When You Arrive: Our Nelson Airport Pick-Up Service
Once you arrive, enjoy the friendly Nelson car rental service of one of our representatives. Derek, Sue, Jude, or Ian will pick you up from Airport House, located to the right of the domestic terminal building. Then, we will drive you to our airport branch, conveniently located just 3 minutes away. Simply present your driver licence to receive your keys and rental agreement and begin your trip!

Instead, we will show you how to return your rental vehicle directly to the Airport Car Park. You can, of course, return your vehicle to our depot car park.
If collecting a large vehicle, MPV, Minibus, Cargo Van, etc., you will collect these at the Airport terminal from our private park.
We also offer an after-hours service for you to pick up/drop off the vehicle keys at whatever time of the evening you arrive or depart.
